I started Hyena Culture back in 2016 and today has grown into a physical space that supports local artists and small businesses who are doing great things within supporting their communities.
About Hyena Culture today:
Giving access to underrepresented groups in Seattle who do not have space downtown for performing arts, event space for small businesses and unique experiences through workshops and classes. Located in Pioneer Square, the historic district of Seattle, this is an open studio with large windows facing 1st Ave., exposed 16 ft. tall brick walls and original hardwood floors.
The space features a catering kitchen and full bathroom with washer and dryer. Ideal for various style photoshoots, private dinners, small weddings, art receptions, intimate artist performances, cocktail gatherings and other endless possibilities.
Located near the King Street train station, light rail, main bus hub, street car and ferry terminal. Popular walkable destinations include Pike Place Market (15mins), Smith Tower (5mins), Seattle Waterfront (5mins), Seattle Great Wheel (10mins), Seattle Aquarium (15min), Occidental Park (2mins), Columbia Tower Observatory (10mins) and Centurylink / Safeco Field (10mins).
There are a variety of plants, lounge furniture, cocktail tables, 6ft tables, uplighting, kitchen equipment, pipe and drape with WIFI available for your use.
